Procurement at Agoda is a strategic global function that drives value across the organization by optimizing supplier partnerships and ensuring efficient use of resources. Within Procurement, the Strategic Sourcing team for Marketing plays a pivotal role in enabling impactful brand campaigns by collaborating with Marketing and sourcing world-class suppliers. Our mission is to deliver creative excellence while maximizing value and efficiency.
The Strategic Sourcing team is at the heart of enabling marketing excellence, working closely with agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to bring bold ideas to life. From creating TV commercials from scratch—including managing contracts with celebrities, media planning, and performance measurement—to sourcing best-in-class suppliers, we ensure that every campaign is both innovative and impactful.
The opportunity:
As a Finance Strategic Sourcing Intern, you’ll gain hands-on experience in the cost evaluation process of producing high-quality marketing campaigns, including crafting TV commercials from scratch. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with Agoda Marketing while also adopting the finance perspective. You’ll play a dual role, ensuring that every activity or project delivers creative excellence and drives measurable returns on investment. This unique blend of marketing and financial acumen will allow you to contribute to impactful campaigns while maintaining a strong focus on value creation and efficiency.
You will also work directly with our suppliers and agencies across multiple countries, providing you with a global perspective and exposure to diverse markets. You’ll also have the chance to be a lead communicator with Directors and C-level executives of our third-party vendors, honing your professional communication and stakeholder management skills.
