The Studio Manager at The Lighthouse is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our state-of-the-art production studios, including podcast studios, gaming rooms, editing bays, livestreaming rooms, green screen rooms, specialized sets, and photography studios. You will ensure that the studios are fully functional, well- maintained, and accessible to our members, providing an exceptional experience for all users. The Studio Manager will also play a key role in coordinating with the General Manager and other teams to ensure that the studio services align with the overall mission and vision of The Lighthouse.
The salary range for this role is $85,000 - $120,000 and serves as a general guideline reflecting the potential compensation for the role. The final salary offer will be determined based on a comprehensive evaluation of factors such as the candidate's experience, expertise, alignment with the position's requirements, and ultimately budget approvals.
