The Team

The Studio brings together all the makers and creators in Exposure. They are responsible for designing, building, project managing and developing world-class content, products, capabilities, and experiences.

The Job

Reports to:Creative Services Director/ Executive Producer

We are looking for someone with excellent interpersonal skills, who can work along-side our Creative Services Director to manage creative, strategy and production workflow, resource and schedules. Always ensuring maximum efficiency, while keeping the team and client priorities top of mind. The successful candidate will be well-organised, a problem solver and always calm under pressure and be passionate about delivering world class work.

Requirements

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Manage all resource requests from across the agency for creative, strategy and studio teams for all live projects and pitches
• Daily/Weekly schedule updates - communicating changes to stakeholders and teams
• Source and manage freelancers while negotiating rates and reporting to the CSD/ MD
• Coordinating internal brands projects, scheduling resource, and managing production and delivery
• Supporting the Production team with research, post-production management and on small shoots

You’ll Likely Need These Specialist Skills

• Strong organisational, time-management and administration skills
• An understanding of the creative and production process with experience working within a studio
• You will have solid people management and communication skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
