Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir dich als Studentische Aushilfe (w/m/d) für unseren Standort in Düsseldorf. Unser hybrides Arbeitsmodell sieht sowohl Mobile Office von deinem Zuhause aus vor als auch Präsenz im Düsseldorfer Office. Idealerweise sollte dein Wohnort daher im Großraum Köln/Düsseldorf liegen, da wir uns gerne im Büro treffen, um den Austausch zu fördern und den Teamgeist zu stärken.
Arbeitszeiten: flexibel, max. 20 Stunden/Woche, Vergütung: 14 Euro/Stunde
Du kannst Deine Arbeitszeit flexibel an Deinen Vorlesungsplan anpassen, um Studium und Job optimal miteinander zu vereinbaren.
Was sind deine Aufgaben?
- Du bist eng im Account Team eingebettet unterstützt im operativen Tagesgeschäft
- Du begleitest Recherchen und Monitoring-Aufgaben und erstellst Reportings
- Du unterstützt bei der Planung und Durchführung von PR-Maßnahmen sowie der Themenfindung
- Du erstellst je nach Vorkenntnissen Texte und redaktionelle Beiträge für unsere Kunden
- Du pflegst die Journalistenverteiler und Kontaktdatenbanken
- Du bringst deine Ideen im Bereich Eigen-PR ein
- Du unterstützt bei der Arbeit an Konzepten
Was bringst du mit?
- Eingeschrieben:er Student:in idealerweise im Bereich Kommunikation, Journalismus oder Medienwissenschaft
- Eigeninitiative, Flexibilität, lösungsorientiertes Denken und Teamfähigkeit
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Social Media Plattformen
- Begeisterung für Trends und Innovationen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse von MS Office, MS Excel und MS PowerPoint, idealerweise auch von Journalisten-Datenbanken (z.B. Zimpel)

We are looking for you to start as a Student (f/m/d) for our location in Düsseldorf. We have a hybrid-working model and aim to meet with the team in our office once a week as we love to work together and foster exchange and team spirit.

What are your tasks?
- You are closely embedded in the account team and support the daily operations of the agency
- You accompany research and monitoring tasks and create reports
- You support the planning and implementation of PR measures as well as the identification of topics
- You will create texts and editorial contributions for our clients, depending on your previous knowledge
- You maintain journalists' distribution lists and contact databases
- You contribute your ideas for Zeno Germany own PR
- You support the work on concepts
What do you bring to the table?
- Registered student ideally in the field of communication, journalism, or media science
- Initiative, flexibility, solution-oriented thinking, and team player abilities
- Experience with social media platforms
- Enthusiasm for trends and innovations
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint, ideally also of journalist databases (e.g., Zimpel)
