This is what you'll be doing as our Student Advisor
As our Student Advisor, you will be responsible for managing prospective students through the application process for Sunway University, providing guidance and advice from initial enquiry through to enrolment.
You will be using your sales & customer service skills. Via phone, email or web chat, you'll be the first point of contact for our students who are looking to continue their educational journey
You will receive all the training and support required to provide the most accurate, helpful information to our students. We will then trust you to provide the best outcome using your knowledge and experience (you won't be given a rote script on "how to sell university courses"!).
Qualifications and experience:
Sales and customer service skills. People who thrive on building relationships with our students and helping them achieve their goals and help guide our students on their education journey
Experience working towards KPIs and financial targets, and who share the Keypath values of collaboration, commitment, innovation, and life-long learning.
Curiosity and eagerness to build your own knowledge and undertake research into other areas related to the course.
