The Role

Genius Sports delivers around 40 000 video feeds yearly to our partners. This is your special little chance to see how picture from the Venue reaches the world wide web.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring and providing technical support for the live video feed from the venue, making sure it reaches the end users
  • Communicating with partners, solving problems related to video streaming
  • Solving and prioritizing problems inside the company and the parent company
  • Collaborating with Support Analysts and other teams, solving problems, forwarding the information to the Development Team when necessary and providing feedback to our partners
  • Completing additional tasks assigned by the line manager and specialist

  • Interest in creating and maintaining a knowledge base for known issues and solutions
  • Understanding of API concept and wiliness to learn about different APIs
