Skello’s ambition is to be the number one solution for shifted work teams in Europe. To achieve this, Skello raised a €40M Series B round of financing from expert funds in the field (Partech, Aglaé Ventures & XAnge) in order to bring ever more value to our clients through new features and to open up new markets, beyond our historic industries such as hospitality, retail and health.

Your role

You will be working with two teams:
(1) CEO Office, a team reporting to the CEO, in charge of preparing internal and investor communication and carrying out strategic projects (ex. international expansion, pricing and offering, M&A, etc.).
(2) Product Marketing, a team reporting to the VP product. The role of the product marketing team is to analyze market trends, competition landscape, expectations of customers and prospects to feed our product vision. The product marketing team is also in charge of defining go-to-market strategies for the launch of new features and services. 

The internship is based in Paris for a duration of 6 months. 


Your missions

Strategic projects

  • Participate in the brainstorming and design of strategic projects and initiatives
  • Follow-up with internal stakeholders to ensure project delivery

Internal and investor communication

  • Develop supporting materials for discussion with the Board of Investors
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews 
  • Participate in the preparation and animation of weekly all hands

Product Marketing

  • Analyze market trends and competition in order to feed our product strategy
  • Build battle cards to empower revenue teams with competitive knowledge
  • Contribute to launch strategies for new services, features and improvements on our different markets

Your profile

- Graduate or final-year student from a top-tier engineering or business school
- Previous experience in Tech start-ups, Venture Capital, GAFAM, Strategy, etc.
- Self-starter and able to make things happen by yourself
- Good understanding of the SaaS business/ start-up environment
- High willingness to join a fast-paced early-stage project 
- Fluent in French and English (Spanish or German is a plus)
- Available to start in July or September 2023 (earlier also possible if available)
