As a Principal, you will: 

  • Serve as primary point of contact for multiple small clients or a single large account.
  • Rapidly internalize client needs and identify key issues; recommend/design project approaches that address client’s key objectives/business questions
  • Communicate project design, strengths, and weaknesses, and adapt project design based on client feedback
  • Ability to clearly communicate in structured and unstructured interactions
  • Lead a team on high quality and on time delivery, ensuring high level of client satisfaction and repeat business/referrals
  • Opportunity for growth into practice leadership and/or business generation roles

Qualifications: 

  • 7+ years of management consulting experience. 3+ years managing team members. Have had primary responsibility for client management and successfully delivered resulting in additional follow-on work with the same pharmaceutical, rare disease or biopharma client.  
  • Experience across project types (opportunity assessment, commercial strategy, brand/launch planning, patient journey) is required. Medical affairs experience is highly valued. 
  • Ability to work out of our Boston, MA or New York, NY offices.

Base Salary is $150,000-$275,000.
