Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection and analysis of data to drive our strategic initiatives and enhance business operations.
  • Contribute to key projects that scale our operations and drive growth, applying innovative solutions and strategies.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to understand and address business needs, ensuring alignment and facilitating project success.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and streamline workflows.
  • Lead a small-scale project or initiative, applying academic knowledge to real-world business challenges.
  • Take charge of a small-scale project, translating academic knowledge into practical business solutions, and presenting your findings to the team.

Ideal candidate has:

  • Experience in Product, Consulting, Strategy, Marketing, Customer Success, or similar roles.
  • A proactive and resourceful approach with a proven "get it done" mentality.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • A methodical approach to challenges, including hypothesis testing, planning, data collection, and iterative improvement.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Is currently pursuing their Undergrad Degree
