Context
The Strategy & Operations function at Pennylane consists of highly skilled professionals who are embedded in a specific team (e.g. Finance, Sales, Customer Success) or in one of our business units (e.g. SME, Financial Services). Some examples of the missions undertaken include:
- Defining effective customer acquisition strategies and processes with the sales leadership.
- Working with the Success Department to identify upsell opportunities, and provide outstanding customer support.
- Launching new initiatives to boost our pro account acquisition.
- Streamlining billing processes and conducting in-depth performance analyses within the finance team.
