You are an experienced lead strategist with background in marketing, brand, comms and campaign, and/or content planning. From leading audience research, client workshops and competitive audits to developing brand frameworks, guidelines and narratives, and content calendars, you navigate complex inputs confidently and make big ideas easy to understand for sell-in to stakeholders and consumers alike. You enjoy being in the work, building relationships and identifying opportunities for account growth. You’re an excellent communicator and executor that thrives in a fast-paced, highly-collaborative and multi-disciplinary team. You know your client’s business as well as, or better than they do - and know how to direct and deliver work that makes an impact in the world and to the bottom line.
What You'll Do
- Report to the Strategy Director
- Lead multiple strategy workstreams within an active and valuable client partner
- Lead the creation of strategic deliverables across brand strategy and digital marketing, including brand frameworks and playbooks, guidelines and narratives, campaigns, social content and calendars, competitive audits and more.
- Navigate the balance of audience needs, client objectives and the requirements of the team throughout a project
- Partner with the account leadership team to build and deepen trusted relationships with clients
- Present approaches and recommendations in a compelling way to our teams and clients
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative research to generate meaningful and intuitive insights that drive strategy and creative concepts
- Work closely with a collaborative, multidisciplinary team, but also operate autonomously and provide value throughout the entire project cycle
- Partner with the Strategy Director on your team to contribute to the broader strategic direction across the team
What You'll Bring
- 7+ years of brand and digital strategy experience which includes leading the development of brand strategy and digital marketing projects, ideally for Fortune 100 brands or B2B industry
- Excellent client presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Experience with all phases across the strategic planning and design process, from discovery and research, into briefing, design, and testing
- A broad set of strategic skills and experiences focusing on brand and digital strategy, digital marketing, research, and content planning
- Experience leading and supporting workshops with senior and mid-level level clients leveraging design-thinking frameworks
- Experience in successfully collaborating within large multi-disciplinary teams
- Success partnering with and presenting to clients, managing their requests and implementing feedback
Pay Range
- The expected pay range for this position is $110,00 - $135,000 for our base US Region 3*. We have three regional pay ranges that are adjusted for cost of living (US1 +15%, US2 +7.5%, US3 Base), *learn more about our pay philosophy and cost of living adjustments.
