We are searching for a Strategy Director with a passion for health and a knack for capturing hearts and minds. We believe in the power of compelling narratives and innovative campaigns to spark real change in the healthcare landscape. This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior strategist to lead the strategic direction on a range of high-profile client accounts.
We'll look for significant experience working in a healthcare advertising, medical communications, or related agency environment with a proven track record of leading strategic planning for pharmaceutical or biotech clients. You're someone with a deep understanding of strategic planning methodologies and the ability to translate scientific data and market insights into actionable communication strategies.
A good understanding of the healthcare landscape/pharma industry and key stakeholders, together with a scientific foundation would be helpful for this role.
Leadership & collaboration are your strength and you'll have experience leading and mentoring teams. Your strong collaboration skills are required to work effectively with internal teams (creative, account, medical) and external partners (clients, KOLs).
