About The Role

We are looking for a Strategy & Data Analyst  to help our team create data analytics tools and to work on automation related projects. 

This is an opportunity for graduates, senior year students or developers with less than 2 years of experience to showcase their problem solving, programming and data modeling skills.

As a Strategy & Data Analyst in Dialectica you will:

  • Utilize Google Workspace to its full extent to design & create dashboards and support the company in data modeling projects.
  • Define and implement end-to-end workflows and processes to support business automation needs
  • Maintain and improve existing data systems, advocating for clean, well structured and maintainable data
  • Develop and execute database queries and conduct ad hoc analyses

Requirements

We are looking for someone with::

  • 0 - 2 years of professional experience
  • Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude
  • Passion for out-of-the box thinking
  • Familiarity with at least one of the following programming languages; Python, Java, C/C++
  • Knowledge of or prior experience with Google Sheets or MS Excel is considered a plus
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries is strong nice-to-have
  • A Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or relevant field (Graduate or finalizing their degree)
