ABOUT THE STRATEGY & CULTURE CONSULTING INTERNSHIP
BerlinRosen is seeking a highly motivated individual who is interested in getting hands-on experience in strategy and culture and consulting. We're proud to offer an internship program that offers the skills and experiences to be successful. We design innovative experiences that enhance personal and organizational capacity for growth. We help individuals and organizations align their culture with their strategy, fostering adaptability and unlocking potential for lasting impact. Through consulting, executive coaching and strategic assessments, we partner with organizations to build stronger cultures, navigate change and drive success.
Interns may collaborate with other divisions and teams as needed. Interns will be asked to focus on a range of projects, including longer-term and day-to-day/immediate tasks assigned by their team and will learn the basics of high-level strategy and culture and consulting.
Role duration: Our Spring 2025 Internship Program runs from early January to late April/early May 2025.
Role hours: Interns must be able to work 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday, on a 9 a.m.-to-5 p.m. Eastern Time schedule. Please note that client needs may require flexibility with working hours (e.g., 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.). Please do not apply if you cannot meet this requirement.
Role location: This role is based in our Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis, in-office at least 3 days per week.
