📋 Context
The Strategy, FP&A and Investor Relations team is in charge of defining strategic initiatives, building and monitoring the business plan with key stakeholders, preparing board materials and discussions, managing equity investor relations as well as identifying and executing potential M&A opportunities.
In the Strategy, FP&A and Investor Relations team, you will play a key role:
Your responsabilities :
- Providing strategic recommendations;
- Working with ExCo and Business Units on growth initiatives per country;
- Supporting launch of various new product / service initiatives;
- Steering or supporting transformation projects;
- Supporting in the identification and execution of potential strategic partnership and/or M&A opportunities;
- Developing and fostering business excellence across the Group;
- Supporting on main FP&A missions:
o Financial planning and budgeting process (twice a year)
o Conducting relevant analyses: business trajectories / opportunities, accounting treatments, etc.
o Providing insights and preparing presentation to the Exco and the Board
🫵 About your profile
- Bac +4 / +5 in business school (in France or abroad)
- 2 / 3 years’ experience in M&A / Investment Banking
- Previous experience in the Fintech ecosystem / Financial Services is a plus
- Fluent in French & English spoken & written
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail, rigorous and proactive

His background: Baptiste has ~ 7 years’ experience in M&A and Strategy. After 3 ½ year in a boutique M&A firm specialized on small and mid-cap companies, Baptiste switched to the corporate side 3 years ago and joined Younited. He is now Strategy and M&A senior manager.
