The Strategist, Performance Creative will report to the Director, Performance Creative Strategy. This is a hybrid opportunity located in Chicago, IL. You will collaborate with senior leaders, managers, creative and activation teams to identify, analyze, and prioritize strategic opportunities. This will include conducting research, data analysis, market trends, and create recommendations that support strategic decision-making. As a Strategist you will help design and implement creative strategic plans, briefs, and testing, while monitoring their progress and impact. The Strategist may also facilitate brainstorms, presentations, and communications with our team, work with other agency teams (Analytics, Customer Strategy, Media, Client Services, Creative), external partners to act as the coordinator/integrator between them and ensure agreement on the account’s strategic vision and goals.
Responsibilities:
· Compile and summarize relevant research to support creative, client projects, strategic plans and audiences.
·Identifying insights that can inspire and provoke creative ideas.
·Serves as a source of data and analysis for performance.
·Develop comprehensive briefs that outline a project’s goals, goals, requirements, target audiences, creative deliverables and help develop messaging, creative considerations, and positioning for brands.
·Develop an understanding of media channels and their purpose within the market ecosystem.
·Updating ad campaigns based on industry trends, and analyzing ad performance data
·Transform brainstorm notes into ideas, contributing to the development of applicable strategies.
·Supports workshops with excellent note taking and contact reports.
·Help outline execution plans based on approved strategies, providing incremental value through detailed planning and recommendations.
·Stay updated with basic tools, techniques, and practices in the field, incorporating new advancements into your daily work to enhance effectiveness.
·Help identify and understand client priorities, offering structured advice and incremental value to client projects in specific areas.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $51,000 - $83,375. Salary is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
