We are seeking a Strategic Renewals Manager, International to join our team. This is a hybrid opportunity based out of our Uxbridge, England office.  

Job Summary 

The Imprivata Customer Experience department is looking for a Strategic Renewals Manager, International to join us in our mission of “Customers for Life”. This is a hybrid opportunity in Uxbridge, London. We like to work hard, exceed our renewal targets but not take ourselves too seriously. If you’ve managed subscription and maintenance renewals with customers and partners, you’re exactly who we’re seeking. Your track record of success with both customers and internal stakeholders (think Customer Success, Sales, and Services) demonstrates your ability to deliver tangible value. You’ll play a crucial role in aligning commercial objectives with our business growth. They will be directly responsible for supporting our Customers and Partners in a territory covering the Middle East, Nordics, and the UK.
 

Reporting directly to the VP of Renewals, you’ll become an integral part of our dynamic group. We’re a team of energetic individuals who work closely together, aiming high to achieve our company goals. Duties and Responsibilities

  • Exceed booking quota goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
  • Manage all aspects of the renewal process by articulating our value proposition across our full product suite to drive long-term growth
  • Comfort negotiating complex deals ranging from $50K to $750K+ per year with various contract types and licensing models
  • Negotiate multi-year terms, which includes consolidating contracts and usage/price increases
  • Manage and negotiate the efforts to convert customers to our SaaS/Cloud offerings
  • Accurately review usage and incorporate into the annual True Up process
  • Generate timely proposals and quotes in accordance with customer/partner agreements
  • Provide precise renewal pricing forecasts, timing, and risk assessment
  • Elevate account trends to Executive Team for awareness or action plan for resolution
  • Partner with the Business Operations team to ensure data integrity within Salesforce.com
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Project Management, Sales, and Services to formulate and implement renewal strategies, enhance product adoption, and mitigate churn risks
  • Work closely with Finance and Legal to ensure orders are booked following company guidelines
  • Other duties as assigned and required

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 8+ years in selling or renewing technology solutions, Healthcare is a plus
  • Demonstrated history of exceeding booking targets
  • Comfort managing and negotiating a large volume of renewals
  • Ability to tactfully close deals with a high degree of integrity and independence
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Strong oral, written and presentation skills
  • Effective presentation, negotiation and closing skills
  • Strong time management, organizational and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Dynamic, high-energy, and is a self-starter
  • Possess the drive to succeed and to participate in the growth of an exciting, fast-paced company
  • A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity and creativity
  • Proficiency in English required
  • Proficiency in other European languages preferred but not required
