Reporting to the Partnerships Director, the Partnerships Manager will work directly with Janes Strategic Partners to develop and communicate plans for mutually beneficial opportunities with those partners. This with include join go to market offerings, ongoing join account planning, joint demos to customers and other business development activities as required.
How you will contribute at Janes
- Working with the Director of Partnerships and the Chief Commercial Officer to grow revenue via the assigned partners. You will be responsible for leading, pursuing and executing joint opportunities with assigned partners.
- Managing ongoing relationships with assigned partners.
- Providing support and training to partners to ensure success.
- Generating a sales pipeline via partners, leveraging janes sales team members as needed.
- Managing the performance of partners and developing strategies to improve joint sales.
- Ensuring accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and other sales processes/ infrastructures are established.
- Measuring and reporting on the performance of assigned partners.
- Representing janes in industry events and participating in activities to build brand awareness and community engagement.
Requirements
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with Partners.
- Proven sales/business development record of accomplishment via Partner sales channels.
- Previous experience in the Defence and Intelligence community.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to Partners and stakeholders.
- English as a mandatory requirement and other regional language skills seen as a distinct advantage.
- Has developed a high-level industry expertise and networks.
