Strategic Partnerships Development Manager - Steer Health

The Steer Health team seeks an experienced Partnerships Manager with an extensive background in healthcare technology to shape and drive our Partnerships Development Program. This person will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing high-value partners, and representing Steer Health as a leader in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a large network of potential digital health, and medical device partners/stakeholders and be comfortable with frequent travel. The Partnerships Manager will play a key role in our fast-paced SaaS environment driving strategic, new partnership initiatives to achieve revenue goals and growth objectives. 

What You’ve Accomplished

  • BA/BS required MBA or graduate degree is a plus
  • 3 years of experience with partnerships with digital health, medical devices, managing internal/external partners/stakeholders
  • 2 years working with SaaS, mobile applications, cloud, and healthcare-related industries required
  • Experience building executive-level partner relationships
  • Knowledge of Healthcare businesses and ecosystems, private or public sector
  • Ability to create agreement structures and develop conceptual solutions
  • Excellent communication skills

Requirements

Requirements: 

  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to support the growth of Steer Health by driving sales-qualified opportunities to the Sales team 
  • Work cross-functionally to integrate partnership perspective into the business's overall strategy
  • Implement partner strategy and develop go-to-market and business model strategy to create a strategically and financially impactful business with our partners
  • Work with executive stakeholders to overcome agreement blockers, execute agreements with partners, communicate with external organizations, and coordinate internally with teams cross-functionally
  • Lead and close complex/customized partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong and direct relationships with partners
  • In collaboration with the Marketing team, create marketing campaigns that generate demand & awareness by leveraging referral partners as lead-generation engines
