Strategic Partner Manager

As a Strategic Partner Manager at Assembled, you will play a crucial role in managing and growing efforts with our Salesforce partnership among others. You will help cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders, identify opportunities for collaboration, and drive initiatives that deliver meaningful value to Assembled, our partners, and mutual customers. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to be an early member of the Partnerships Team and play an influential role in shaping our partner program, processes, and strategy as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Partnership Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive partnership strategy within the Salesforce ecosystem, aligning with our business goals and objectives.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders at Salesforce Service Cloud and its partners. Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between both organizations.
  • Joint Go-to-market Initiatives: Identify, develop, and manage joint marketing, sales, and product initiatives that drive mutual growth and customer success.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor, analyze, and report on partnership performance, including key metrics for sourced and influenced pipeline.
  • Market & Competitive Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and insights to inform partnership strategy and identify new areas of opportunity for the business.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams at Assembled, including sales, marketing, and product development, to align on partnership goals and initiatives.
  • Training and Enablement: Facilitate training and enablement activities to build awareness mindshare of Assembled across Salesforce Service Cloud teams and partners.

About You

  • Experience: 5+ years of SaaS experience with at least 3 years in managing technology and channel partnerships, preferably within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Relationship Building Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop strategic partnership plans and execute them effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Experience in analyzing partnership performance metrics and making data-driven decisions.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the customer support landscape, with a keen insight in navigating the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas, strategies, and concepts.

The estimated On Target Earnings (OTE) for this role is $150,000-175,000 per year. The annual pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Stock options are provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
