What You’ll Be Doing
As a key player in our commercial team, you’ll help shape Quatt’s growth strategy. Your role will be both strategic and hands-on, Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Project Ownership: you’ll take full responsibility for complex, large-scale projects, ensuring they’re successfully executed from start to finish. Examples of projects are:
A direct mail campaign reaching many households.
Building smart lead scoring systems and fast-tracking high-potential customers.
Optimizing planning and scheduling to streamline operations.
Implementing strategies to mitigate lost deals and boost conversions.
You’ll help optimize the marketing & sales organization (90+ FTE) through data-driven projects that create real change by finding and designing innovative solutions and processes.
Growth Strategy: you’ll instill data-driven decision-making and a growth mindset throughout Quatt, ensuring we stay focused on our objectives while adapting to new opportunities.
Cross-Department Collaboration: you’ll work closely with teams across the business- from marketing to design to development- to make sure your projects are executed effectively and deliver results.
Working around bottlenecks by using and building tools and AI solutions in a low-code/no code environment.
