What we are doing at Vim 

Vim has built a next-generation Electronic Health Record (EHR) integration technology that is disrupting the US healthcare industry. Digital health builders of all sizes, including national health plans, leading Management Services Organizations (MSOs), value-based care enablers, and tech companies, use Vim's platform to connect with over 2,000 care provider organizations giving them the tools and resources they need to operate efficiently and thrive without the burden of portals or spreadsheets. In addition, we are now opening the door to accelerated innovation in healthcare with our new developer platform (Canvas). By streamlining access to data, applications, and patient insights, we're helping providers enhance the quality of care for their patients. 

The Role

This role reports to the Director of Finance and is an integral member of the overall finance function at Vim. 

What you will do 

  • Maintain and update the Revenue Budget, Forecast, and Actual reporting on an ongoing basis 
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership and other stakeholder to build sophisticated analytical models that further our understanding of the business
  • Play a pivotal part of the annual budgeting process globally, including expense monitoring
  • Handle the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards
  • Partner optimally across organizations (HR, Finance, Data Science, Enablement, Success and Marketing) to drive insights for the business
  • Work cross‐functionally to drive the execution of go‐to‐market strategies handling the design, development, maintenance, and delivery of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses and dashboards
  • Manage data validation and develop automated reports/dashboards in Tableau to support the business strategy execution and growth drivers 
  • Maintain and support development of business and revenue driven KPIs and provide recommendations.
  • Assist with MoM data validation for financial reporting in BI tools
  • Assist in assessing current operations, offering recommendations for improvement, and implementing new processes

Who we are looking for 

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics or Finance (an MBA is a plus)
  • Minimum 2 years of similar experience in Investment Banking / Corporate Finance 
  • Advanced Financial modeling capabilities (Excel)
  • Must know Financial Revenue KPIs and have experience calculating them – i.e CAC, LTV/CAC , CAC Payback period
  • Excellent aptitude and knowledge of business management software and databases (ERP systems, Salesforce, Tableau)
  • Eagerness to learn and self-motivated personality
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize
  • ERP system experience – Priority and/or QuickBooks - advantage
  • Excellent Team player
  • Located in the NYC TriState Area - this role is based in our NYC Offices located in Chelsea on a hybrid schedule! 

What is Nice to Have

  • Familiar with US GAAP
  • FP&A experience 
  • Demonstrated financial astuteness, strong analytical abilities
  • Previous work with Israeli startup organizations
  • Familiar with the Healthtech market

The target base salary for this role is between $100,000 and $130,000 per year (Compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, and level of experience). Additional compensation in the form of options, commission and/or bonus are dependent on the position offered.
