As a Strategic Finance Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping TRM's trajectory in a period of rapid growth. Reporting directly to the VP of Finance, you will set the foundation of the Strategic Finance function, enabling TRM’s continued financial success as we scale the business.

You will own the strategy and analysis behind our annual and long range planning processes, partnering with leaders across the company to set targets and make investment decisions. You will be in a unique position to influence our entire business, ensuring that our investment plans align to our financial goals. You will lead strategic decision-making by improving visibility into business performance, leveraging data-driven insights to shape TRM’s long-term trajectory. This is a highly cross-functional role partnering with leaders of our Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing functions, as well as our Board and investors.

The impact you will have:

• Drive and lead the company long-term (multi-year) and short-term (annually or semi-annually) planning processes.
• Develop and own financial models to support financial planning, strategic decisions, and major initiatives.
• Establish processes and systems to forecast and report on financial performance, manage budgets, and facilitate decisions on major investments in partnership with the business.
• Define and report on the key business metrics, proactively analyze business trends and identify opportunities to improve financial performance.
• Play a critical role in fundraising, M&A, Board of Directors communications, and investor relations.

What we’re looking for:

• 4-6 years of experience across private equity, investment banking, consulting, VC, or Finance at a high-growth technology company.
• Passion for financial modeling, data analysis, and collaborating with business leaders to build and execute financial plans successfully.
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration preferred.
• Advanced understanding of GAAP financial statements.
• Rigorous analytical thinking and strong problem-solving skills.
• Track record of successful collaboration with executives and investors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including at the executive level.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage ambiguous situations.
