About This Opportunity:
The Strategic Engagement Manager (SEM) is a customer-facing role focused on building strong, strategic relationships with top-tier clients. By understanding their needs and aligning solutions with their business goals, the SEM drives client success, satisfaction, and retention. This role combines technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills to effectively represent Docebo and address customer concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a contact for strategic and enterprise accounts, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives.
- Conduct account health checks, identify risks, and develop action plans to address potential issues.
- Skilled in quickly building trust and providing clear, actionable direction to both internal and external stakeholders for resolving issues efficiently.
- Lead the creation of Mutual Action Plans (MAPs) to resolve customer concerns, coordinating with internal teams for successful execution.
- Provide technical guidance on Docebo’s platform, staying up-to-date with the latest features, integrations, and industry standards.
- Support integration projects (e.g., SSO, LDAP, CRM, ERP, HRIS) to ensure successful adoption and implementation.
- Analyze customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, reporting insights to internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence the product roadmap and mentor junior team members.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Engagement Management, LMS Implementation, Customer Success, Project Management, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts and driving customer success in SaaS.
- Experience with technical sales or in roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Solution Consultant.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas to non-technical audiences in a clear and persuasive manner.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and guiding junior team members.
- High emotional intelligence, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to manage and defuse challenging situations.
- Comfortable engaging with and influencing C-suite executives and senior leadership daily.
- Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to interpret data trends and apply insights to drive customer success.
- Preferred: Docebo Pro Certification.
- Willing to travel domestic/internationally up to 25% of time.
