Your daily adventure as a Strategic Customer Success Manager involves serving as the trusted advisor for our largest FREENOW clients, understanding their needs, and guiding them to success. You'll strategically devise solutions, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying revenue opportunities through upselling or cross-selling. Your keen ear and analytical skills will continuously drive improvement and innovation within FREENOW, while also representing client interests internally, fostering collaboration and mutual success.
