We are seeking a seasoned Chief Technology Officer (CTO) from leading companies in the telecom industry to join our team. This is a high-level, strategic role with a focus on representing the company in front of key clients, industry stakeholders, and at major industry events.
What you would do:
Serve as the company’s technological spokesperson in interactions with clients, partners, and industry leaders.
Attend and represent the company at customer meetings, conferences, interviews, and panel discussions.
Foster and maintain relationships with high-profile clients, providing thought leadership and insight into our technological vision.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to align customer needs with technological innovations.
Drive business development through strategic technological insights and thought leadership in the telecom sector.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology leadership, an established reputation in the telecom industry, and the ability to represent the company with professionalism and strategic foresight.
What you should have:
Deep technical knowledge in cellular Technology: 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G.
Familiar with the feature set of cellular technology.
Min 8 years experience with a Cellular MNO in the engineering planning department CTO or VP engineering
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in the organization.
Ability to work under pressure and lead in crisis mode
Experience working with C level.
Leadership and negotiation capabilities.
Up to 40% travel time

Education:
B.Sc in electrical engineering/computer science
M.Sc / PhD with a major in communication theory and systems and/or signal processing
