We’re seeking a Strategic Account Consultant to be the key point of contact for customer engagement and retention for our strategic accounts in the region. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of client needs to drive customer retention and growth.
What you will do:
- Become a trusted advisor in the customer journey from Day 1, driving customer satisfaction and expanding product engagement.
- Lead onboarding and regular training sessions on Sensor Tower products.
- Provide in-depth market insights based on client pain points and Sensor Tower data, demonstrating ROI through supported use cases.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, working with internal product and engineering teams to optimize the product and address issues.
Experience we’re eager to see (you don’t have to tick all the boxes, let’s chat!):
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (marketing/data analysis experience is a plus).
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to collaborate within a small team to drive retention and solve complex client challenges.
- Strong relationship-building skills, and an understanding of the dynamics within complex customer organizations.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English.
