Strategic Alliances Manager

The partnerships team is evolving at ComplyAdvantage! We have experienced significant growth in the last few years and are looking to expand the types of partnerships and alliances we engage with. 

We are looking for an experienced Alliances manager to develop and manage strategic partnerships with consultants and system integrators in the global risk and compliance space. 

 

The Role

As a Strategic Alliances Manager, you will 

  • Responsible for identifying and developing partnerships with system integrators and consultants
  • Evangelize ComplyAdvantage solutions within the global risk and compliance ecosystem
  • Identification of new opportunities – sync with sales rep & partners to qualify, develop, and close opportunities 
  • Leading and optimizing sell-to, sell-with, and sell-through co-sales strategies
  • Accountability for sourcing partner leads and working with the sales team to drive increased growth through partner channels
  • Achieve and exceed quota

 

About you?

As a Partnership Manager, you will have:

  • Minimum 8+ years of relevant strategic Partner/Channels/ experience.
  • Experience working with System Integrators and resellers
  • Proven success in developing and managing strategic partnerships
  • Ability to create and cultivate relationships with strategic decision-makers
  • Passion as a self-starter who is self-directed and able to execute independently
  • The desire to try new things to get the best results; thinks quickly and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment  
  • Strong team spirit and enjoys working effectively in collaboration with others
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills and a consultative approach to close business
