As a Strategic Alliances Business Development Co-op at Security Risk Advisors, you'll start your day in our Philadelphia headquarters, diving into HubSpot to fine-tune our partner network, setting a strong foundation for strategic collaborations. Midday, you'll pivot to aligning partner profiles with SRA accounts, a critical step in fostering business growth. In the afternoon, you’ll engage in crafting nuanced communications that resonate with our partners, highlighting SRA’s unique value. Your day will round off with analyzing data and refining dashboards that trace our engagement and success stories. While you navigate through these tasks, you'll be in constant remote collaboration with your manager, Joe Cicero in Rochester, ensuring you're guided and supported, despite the geographical distance. Skills:

  • Enrolled in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related undergraduate program.
  • Interest in business development, partnership management, or CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and CRM tools, HubSpot preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates potential for independent and teamwork capabilities.
  • Eagerness to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Shows creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
  • Committed to personal and professional growth.
  • Available to work at Philadelphia HQ with remote collaboration.

Mental Health Services: SRA has partnered with BetterHelp to provide SRA employees with free mental health support. BetterHelp connects individuals with licensed therapists for chat, video, and phone sessions.
