This role is an account management role on the Canadian NA Strategic Accounts team. The individual will be responsible for managing sales/revenue of top, existing Canadian national accounts and the role will be accountable for retention and delivering new sales and revenue of existing accounts to the Senior Manager of Strategic Accounts, and the Canadian NA division. This role provides account management functional direction, and resource stewardship for the Canadian NA Division. They are responsible for planning, coordinating and directing the implementation of national and market-specific sales strategies to achieve business sales, retention targets, and resulting planned revenue related to existing accounts.
Responsibilities:
● Collaborate with Market Leaders to achieve market revenue goals
● Organize and coordinate the delivery of business reviews to national account clients
● Determine effective and efficient methods to attain revenue objectives for the Canadian NA Division
● Manage sales performance within the Canadian NA Division and monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify where improvements can be made
● Lead a culture of accountability that ensures delivery of sales objectives, including development and implementation of programs and promotions within the Canadian NA division
● Travel to various field locations and/or other client locations for program delivery, project support, and subject-matter expertise
Requirements
● 5+ Years of Sales experience
● Proven record to work optimally with cross functional teams and to facilitate collaboration across functional boundaries.
● Knowledge of company products and services
● Business and financial acumen along with project management skills
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to operate and influence cross-functionally at all levels
● Performance management and coaching skills, including providing clear and concise feedback
● Strong analytical and problem-solving orientation with enthusiasm for digging into and solving cross-functional business, operational and organizational issues
● Skill with Microsoft Office and Google applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
● Knowledge and skill in sales management strategies and techniques
