Summary of the role but also what our team are up to:
As a Strategic Accounts Manager, EMEA you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key partners, driving revenue growth, and executing strategies to ensure long term success within existing and new Go City business partnerships.
What will you be responsible for /helping us to do?
Own the end-to-end financial performance and growth of your Trade Partnerships, including the onboarding, commercial, operational, and technical aspects.
- Act as a liaison between Key Partners and internal teams.
- Establish and maintain strong long term partner relationships by proactively optimizing the business by ensuring every opportunity for growth and innovation is taken, measured, maximized, and scaled globally.
- Monitor and analyze account performances, market dynamics, industry trends, competitive landscape, and partners feedback to scale strategic decision making.
- Discuss and develop business strategies, organize quarterly business meetings, prepare reports and forecasts throughout the year.
- Position Go City as the preferred attractions partner for all Hotels, Airlines, OTA’s, Travel Agencies, Tour Operators, Retail, Banking, and other verticals as they develop.
- Foster a culture of innovation, new business development and partnership, always searching for ways to deliver benefit to our partners, team members and the industry.
- Ensure you manage time effectively to ensure the efficiency and productivity expectations around regular operating functions, like meetings and reporting are met.
- Represent Go City at conferences, events and more broadly within the industry.
- Work inclusively and empathetically, contributing to a high-performance culture.
- Lead cross functional teams in development, and implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Preserve a deep understanding of products sold by Go City and partners, understanding its completive positioning and value proposition.
- Assist and lead with contract negotiations and renewal discussions, as well as addendums on Partner Level.

Requirements
What skills do you have that are essential in this role?
- An active listener, skilled negotiator, and ROI driven dam-wall breaker
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to influence and build rapport at all levels of organization.
- Circa 5 years of experience in sales, business development and account management roles, preferably within the Travel Industry. A plus for previous experience in the Attractions, Tours, Activities space.
- Circa 5 years working directly with product teams within technology or e-commerce with a strong understand of engineering and product management functions and agile methodology (or a willingness to embrace it)
- Proficient in English, Spanish. Portuguese a major bonus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Sales Force, Tableau and other relevant tools for sales and account management.
