Role: - Strategic Account Manger
Location: - Bengaluru
Business Development
- Identifies new business opportunities by prospecting and evaluating relevant corporate entities.
- Makes pitches/presentations to CFO/CXO level individuals for FR&C bouquet of products.
- Completely Owns assigned accounts from Lead Generation to final delivery of service offering.
- Organizes and attends theme-based events which cater to CXO/CFO Level individuals as part of the customer acquisition Strategy.
- Builds and maintains a strong sales pipeline in order to consistently deliver on set targets.
- Maps allocated accounts and builds strong work relationships with clients for repeat business.
- Regularly reports all sales activity and acts within the company’s compliance framework.
Sales Co-ordination
- Ensures process adherence at all times for error free timely delivery of projects.
- Liaises with the operations team for a smooth delivery of the end product and ensuring the service expectations of the customers are met.
- Maintains data/client contact details in appropriate data warehouses hygienically.
- Files Progress Reviews and Forecasting Reports periodically as required by the Management.
People Skills
- Works cohesively with other team members.
- Works under the direct supervision of the RM.
Key Requirements
- MBA or any relevant post-graduation with minimum experience of 3+ years in Corporate/B2B sales.
- Should have good knowledge of the local commercial and Industrial Belts.
- Ability to comprehend and analyze financial statements.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to provide value added insights.
- Highly articulate with excellent business communication (verbal and written) skills and presentation skills suitable for a global corporate environment.
- Create an environment orientated to trust, open communication, creative thinking & cohesive team effort.
- Should not have apprehensions to travel beyond city limits for the interest of business.
- Possesses excellent MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Word skills.

- Decision makers (CXO’s) at MNCs, Large Indian Corporates, PSU’s and Banks.
Primary Internal Interactions
- Operations Team, Finance, HR, Facility, IT Infrastructure, Heads of Other SBU.

- Strong interpersonal and Presentation skills.
- Proven client prospecting, sales planning and relationship management abilities.
- Self-driven, Energetic and Creative Market Knowledge.
