Identify and qualify potential partners for McEasy products to target the B2B market
Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
Assist in the onboarding process to ensure smooth implementation of McEasy’s solutions for new partners
Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews with Partners to strengthen partnerships.
Execute outbound sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and lead generation, to build a robust sales pipeline
Serve as the main point of contact for existing and prospective clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Schedule visits to be conducted by Team Sales (BD, SE and Tele) and introduce them to the customers' point of contact (PIC)
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, Partner interactions, and business opportunities in CRM tools.
Prepare regular reports on sales performance, forecasting, and account management for internal stakeholders.
Actively network with industry stakeholders to create and maintain opportunities for partnership and collaboration.
Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Information and Technology, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of working experiences
Expert in verbal and written communication skills to present McEasy’s products and services to various stakeholders.
Strong understanding of sales processes, client/partner needs analysis, and lead generation strategies
Ability to work independently and in a team environment, showing initiative and creativity in problem-solving.
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for managing the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
Strong interpersonal skills to works collaboratively accross diffrent teams, including product, sales, and technical support, to deliver a seamless client experience
Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Highly motivated individual with a proactive approach to pursuing and achieving sales targets.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple Partners, and meet deadlines.
