Job requirements:
- Previous supervisory experience
- Operational knowledge of retail environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- An understanding of consumer needs
- Understanding of employment, health & safety , HACCP, and consumer legislation
- Committed to continually improving standards

- Computer literate
