As the Store Manager at True Classic, you will be at the forefront of our brand’s success. You’ll represent True Classic as a community leader, embodying and championing our core values while overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding

• Recruit, develop, and retain top talent to build a high-performing team.
• Create and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified sales associates.
• Conduct interviews to identify candidates aligned with the store's goals and culture.
• Oversee onboarding to ensure new hires are equipped with the necessary tools and training for success.

Training and Development

• Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that promotes productivity and morale.
• Continuously train and coach team members to deliver an exceptional brand experience, achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), and adhere to store policies.
• Implement comprehensive training programs focused on product knowledge and sales techniques.

Day-to-Day Store Operations

• Drive sales through optimized inventory management, compelling visual merchandising, and efficient operations.
• Maintain a visually appealing store environment that reflects the True Classic brand.
• Create a welcoming atmosphere to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and inspire your team to do the same.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and constructively.

Sales and Performance Management

• Collaborate with the VP of Retail to establish sales targets and performance goals for the store team.
• Motivate and guide the team to achieve individual and store-wide sales objectives.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback and coaching.
• Share valuable insights from the store level to inform strategic decision-making and future planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven retail management experience with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to cultivate and sustain a high-performing team.
• Exceptional communication skills to engage effectively with customers, team members, and executives.
• Passion for retail and an alignment with the True Classic brand and values.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
