Store Manager

Sandbox VR is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to take on the role of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager. This is an onsite position at our Hong Kong store in Tsim Sha Tsui. We’re looking for someone to help lead operations who is an early adopter of new technologies that can easily explain technologies to those less knowledgeable. Interested in working at Sandbox VR? What You Will Be Doing:

  • Deliver an Incredible Guest Experience:  Responsible for the daily operations, ensuring an incredible guest experience for every guest
  • Maximize Store Profitability:  Planning on executing local marketing for your location, to maximize occupancy and revenue
  • Building and Developing Store Staff: Responsible for all HR matters including hiring, supervising, and training
  • Manage and Oversee Safety Programs: Responsible for overseeing and managing all safety protocols and policies

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Previous Guest Relationship Management experience
  • A strong customer service and hospitality background
  • Strong communication skills
  • Driving business skills, including the understanding of profit and loss statements
  • Extremely organized and understand how to plan for the future
  • Sense of urgency and work ethic required to bring something new to the world
  • A strong problem solver who has a track record of good judgment and can learn independently and quickly on the job to master our platform technically and operationally
