Retail Store Manager - Full Time at MACE Magheracloone and Bailieborough 

Due to our business expanding we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team at O'Rourke's Retail Group as the Retail Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our stores ensuring and driving sales performance.

• Improve our offering, range, pricing, and standards
• Educate staff and help grow, but keep us as part of the community
• Manage financials of store locations. 
• Manage and motivate a team of retail staff to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner
• Create and implement strategies to increase store profitability
• Maintain a clean and organised store environment
