We are looking for a (full-time) sales-driven Store Manager for our new store in the Leidsestraat Amsterdam. The primary responsibility of the Store Manager is to diligently ensure that sales targets are met, all while efficiently managing the daily operations of our Leidsestraat store. The duties include driving sales, motivating/coaching the sales team, and training new staff. You must be able to create a unique customer experience and meet monthly sales goals. You’re the face of Daily Paper, promoting our brand’s image in a positive way, so it is important that you feel a connection to the brand.
Your responsibilities:
Sales
Drives sales and makes sure targets and KPI s are achieved
Suggests initiatives to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance performance
Follows the Daily Paper VM guidelines ,ensures all products and displays are merchandised effectively to maximize sales and profitability
Delivers excellent service to ensure high levels of customer loyalty
Masters the Shopify POS system
Stock Management
Ensures stock levels are in line with performance
Keeps BOH tidy and organized at all times, follow stock-room flow guidelines.
Prepares re-orders in a timely manner to ensure sales/liaise with respective departments.
Proper rotation of stock on the floor vs BOH
Inventory Cycles
Monthly inventory at the end of each month, to be submitted on time.
Make sure that the stock files are balanced and can motivate discrepancies.
Staff
In charge of staff rotas
Staff observations to be filed and documented for development of team-members, leverage the ASM.
Oversees the mentoring and coaching of staff members, leverages ASM.
Extra
Support Marketing activities when needed.
Reporting
