Store Leader – Customer and Team Floor Experience 

5th Avenue Flagship 

We're looking for an experienced Store Leader to oversee the Customer and Team Floor Experience.
You will drive excellence in the customer and team experience for the multi-level flagship store on 5th Avenue!
You will report directly to the Store Director and play a critical role in driving the store’s performance.  You will be responsible for leading the store’s day-to-day operations with a focus on maximizing sales, delivering top tier service, and ensuring our brand is represented consistently across all customer touchpoints. You’ll manage a high-performing team and create operational strategies that drive business success in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. 

 

Your Day to Day: 

- As a Store Leader, you coach and inspire Assistant Store Leaders to deliver excellence for the team and customer experience.   
- Lead and execute strategies to achieve sales goals and key performance metrics for the flagship location. 
- Leverage business analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. 
-Implement and monitor effective sales plans, merchandising strategies, and promotional activities. 
- Strategically set up team zones across the multiple floors of our flagship store to optimize coverage and ensure all areas of the store are focused on maximizing sales and customer experience. 
- Provide clear expectations to employees on where they are assigned and how they will contribute to daily goals. 
- Ensure an elevated customer experience by elevated standards and coaching your team on providing exceptional service. 
- Model by engaging with customers and resolving escalated service issues effectively. 
- Welcome customer feedback to enhance the overall shopping experience. 
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising and Product leadership teams to ensure the store displays, signage, and overall visual presentation align with corporate guidelines and maintain the integrity of our brand.  
- Communicate product knowledge and the SKIMS selling model to our Team Members  and empower them to build connections with customers.  
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a large team, fostering positivity and high performance. 
- Set clear expectations and goals for your team and cultivate a culture of coaching and feedback.  

We’d Love to Hear from You If You Have: 

- Proven experience leading a high-volume, flagship retail location with multi-unit responsibilities as a Store Manager or in a multi-unit management role.  
- Demonstrated success in driving sales performance and delivering exceptional customer service.  
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate business data and observations into actionable plans. 
- Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate with corporate, merchandising, and visual teams. 
- A passion for SKIMS and the ability to inspire that brand passion!  
- Proven ability to analyze business drivers and elevate sales performance through a team. 
- An excellent understanding of how to maintain brand standards while delivering on sales and service goals. 
- A results-driven mindset, with the ability to set goals and create action plans that improve performance and drive success. 
- A positive, motivating leadership presence, with the ability to create an empowering work environment. 
- Flexibility to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to the changing needs of the business. 
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the needs of the business. 

 

What is expected of you:  
- Must bend, reach, and stretch for product, as well as lift, carry and move at least 40 pounds. 
- Have a minimum of 40 hours of availability per week that supports the needs of the business, including: nights, weekends, and holidays as well as overtime where applicable. 
- Must regularly stand and move around all areas of the store and be accessible to customers.
