Your New Chapter
At VetPartners, we pride ourselves on delivering shared services support that drives success for our veterinary clinics. As a Business Analyst - Statistician, you will play a pivotal role in transforming complex data into actionable insights that guide business strategies and operations. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs, develop statistical models, and analyze large datasets to uncover trends and patterns. Your work will directly influence decision-making processes and help the organization achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Collection & Analysis: Design data collection methods, analyze complex datasets, and apply statistical techniques to support business objectives.
  • Business Insight & Reporting: Translate data findings into clear, actionable business insights, and present them to stakeholders through reports and visualizations.
  • Model Development & Predictive Analytics: Develop and refine statistical models to predict trends, optimize operations, and drive business success.
  • Collaboration & Consultation: Work with business units and stakeholders to ensure data-driven approaches are integrated into strategic initiatives.
  • Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities for process improvement and propose data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and outcomes.
  • Compliance & Data Integrity: Ensure that all data analysis and statistical activities adhere to legal, ethical, and industry standards.

Skills, Attributes, and Experience:

  • Degree qualification in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of Proven experience applying statistical methods in a business context.
    Proficiency in statistical software (R, SAS, SPSS, Python) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to communicate complex information to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and stakeholder management.
