We are looking for a Station Designer to join us in the automotive industry!
Missions:
- Update station layouts and create comprehensive scopes of work for Trim / Chassis / Battery / Final
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate layout updates, resolve issues, and track progress.
- Follow up on pilot builds to ensure that station layouts meet all operational requirements.
- Manage documentation and deliverables related to station design, including timelines and specifications.
- Engage in continuous improvement efforts to enhance station efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement design changes and modifications to meet production needs and goals.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in all station designs.
- At least 3 years of experience in station design
- Strong background in updating station layouts and creating detailed scopes of work.
- Ability to work effectively with teams, demonstrating skills in coordination, issue resolution, and tracking.
- Experience in overseeing pilot builds and ensuring the fulfillment of layout deliverables.
- Proficiency in design software and tools relevant to station layout planning.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in design practices.
