What’ll you’ll do
- Mentor and manage a successful team of Digital Account Managers who are selling advertising solutions, platform products and subscription services to our Dealer clients, and help them to meet growth objectives and sales targets.
- Build a collaborative culture within the team that celebrates both individual and group success.
- Use your ‘customer first’ approach to foster genuine relationships with our key accounts and biggest state-based Dealer clients.
- Utilise carsales data and insights as well as your understanding of the competitive landscape within the market to help our customers achieve the best possible outcomes for their business.
- Maintain up-to-date information in relation to sales activities and client visits via our CRM.
What we’re looking for?
- Previous management experience in sales or account management where you've demonstrated your ability to meet growth targets. You know how to effectively sell ideas, products, and services in a highly competitive marketplace.
- Previous industry experience in auto, dealerships, and/or digital, media & advertising.
- You will understand dealerships as well as digital and be able to leverage your existing relationships.
- A hands-on people manager who is capable of managing and motivating teams to achieve their goals and take their business to the next level.
- Highly developed business acumen and strategic capabilities. You will need to be able to bring our corporate strategy to life and grow the business.
- An articulate communicator who can "open the door" and quickly build and nurture new relationships as well as foster ongoing lasting relationships.
- Demonstrated inclusive and interpersonal attributes that connect you to our behaviours (we change the game, we own it, we step in, we are curious, we don’t take ourselves too seriously).
