The role
Are you interested in a writing career in a fast paced and dynamic environment? We are searching for an enthusiastic Technical/Product Writer intern to join our growing team.
This position would be suitable for anyone who wants to pursue a career in any area of tech or finance. Your day-to-day duties will be working with the Product Documentation Manager and various departments within the company.
As a product and technical writer, you will be at the forefront of an innovative product. You will learn the following skills:
Planning and documentation management
Writing styles and industry standards
Writing about new technologies and APIs
Writing about complex topics in a simple and effective way
Working directly and indirectly with Design, UX, Tech, Support, and Implementation Managers.
In this role, you will be responsible for :
Research market competitors
Prioritize developments by assessing their impacts and efforts required.
Work closely with the documentation manager and the engineering team
Work with Marketing and Support teams to make sure that clients understand our product and new features
