Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement resource management policies and procedures to align workforce allocation with project requirements and business goals.
- Conduct comprehensive resource planning and analysis to forecast demand and identify gaps in resource allocation, ensuring optimalutilization of personnel.
- Collaborate with project managers and department heads to identify staffing needs and facilitate the timely allocation of resources.
- Design and maintain resource dashboards and reports, providing actionable insights for decision-making on manpower planning and capacityutilization.
- Lead initiatives for continuous improvement in resource management practices, incorporating best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Manage cross-functional relationships to resolve resource allocation conflicts and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.

Qualifications:
