About the role

What you will do.
We will have ongoing needs for highly skilled recruiters with deep expertise in one or more of the following disciplines
  • Specialized Technical in Engineering hires – Software , Embedded, Hardware and systems
  • Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to Enphase 
  • Drive offer process including extending offers, negotiations, closing candidates, and generating offer letters 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals 
  • Engage with recruiting team members to innovate our research strategy for talent pooling, market mapping and competitor analysis 
  • Should be hands-on on sourcing candidates from various job portals 
  • Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements. 
  • Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. 
  • Regularly manage pipeline activity on ATS and maintain data integrity, and proactively share MIS reports with internal stakeholders 
  • Engage with candidates to educate on selection process 
  • Actively engage in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies 
  • Build strong, credible relationships with senior leaders, hiring managers, critical stakeholders, and partners, operating as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert 
  • “Roll up your sleeves” and get it done 
Who you are and What you bring.
  • Must have worked at high-tech electronics systems manufacturing firm.
  • Proven experience delivering results in a complex, deadline driven environment
  • Must have worked as a corporate "in-house" recruiter for at least 3 years.  Additional search firm experience is a plus.
  • Solid understanding of typical "in-house" work flows and ATS systems.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to type quickly and maintain detailed records in a web based applicant tracking system.
  • Must be process oriented and able to operate within an established framework
  • Strong research and sourcing skills and the ability to perform rapid yet complex searches
  • Exemplary customer service skills with the proven ability to follow up and follow through to completion.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and influence to obtain positive outcomes
  • Ability to provide strong references and pass background check
  •  Minimum Qualifications
    • 8+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
    • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
    • Proven ability to use data and metrics to provide effectiveness of the talent acquisition function
    • High level of professionalism, personal integrity, and dependability.
    • Ability to deliver results and take accountability
    • Bachelor’s degree in related technical and/or human resources field required.
 Preferred Qualifications
    • Relevant recruiting and sourcing experience in a growth environment with an understanding of tactical and strategic programs including technologies and social media to attract desired candidate pool
 If you are an experienced recruiter you already know recruiting is cyclical.  Our needs will change throughout the year as different departments require more recruiting resources. It is important that you have worked in electronics or systems manufacturing to be able to quickly grasp and start sourcing on positions that are unique to this type of business. Candidates who have proven experience recruiting internationally may not need this but will be most successful if they have recruited  related positions for some kind of hardware company or Industry you make the cut
