As one of the Cloud Hardware Product Owners, you will be responsible for owning the Cloud HW New Product Introduction (NPI) lifecycle process that includes the intake of new product requests, evangelizing technical specifications, gathering stakeholder feedback, and coordinating the required team-driven initiatives to support the defined Cloud HW NPI process, phases, and milestones. As the Cloud HW product owner you will support both the HW Architecture and HW Engineering teams, develop and maintain strong partnerships with other cross-functional stakeholders, technical leaders, and business owners to deliver on strategic organizational initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong foundational understanding of the different hardware related components that are used to create a private cloud platform. Including, but not limited to; hardware platforms, OS, applications, databases, networks, and application servers. Prior experience in managing programs focused on large-scale server infrastructure at a cloud computing or Managed Service Provider (MSP) is desirable. Candidate must have good communication skills and work well in an open, collaborative, dynamic team environment.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $158,500 - $277,500, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
