We are looking for a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in bringing the Tools, Technology & Processes in improving Developer/QA productivity

Emerging Technology Group (ETG) is an IT research & development organization that drives innovation through experimentation on Now Platform, and exploration of new technologies.

You get to do some of this in the role:
· Product Strategy and Vision
o Define the product vision and roadmap for testing tools, aligning them with the overall software development strategy
o Interact closely with Business Stakeholders, Product Team, analyze and incorporate Market Trends to Define quarterly roadmap for execution
o Collaborate with testing engineers and developers to define acceptance criteria and user stories for new features.
o Present the vision to execs and leadership team and get their sponsorship by showing the value and potential ROI on the investment
o Drive day-to-day development decisions representing the "voice of the customers."
o Advocate for the continuous improvement of testing tools and processes
o Drive adoption of the product and track adoption metrics, present the product performance in monthly product reviews with leadership.
o Obtain stakeholder feedback to refine future iterations / enhance products
Product Planning and Release Management
o Define product roadmap and key success metrics; ensure they are instrumented & reviewed
o Gather, prioritize and define requirements for each release
o Gather monthly Product Usage statistics (MPRs) across the line of Products and communicate to key stakeholders
o Create feature plans for each release, including acceptance criteria, use cases, etc
o Collaborate with engineering on release management: understand status, risks, dependencies and help address risks and resolve issues
You bring:
· Curiosity to know your end-user and empathy to understand their situation and problems (get rid of manual processes)
· Passion for building products and services
· Experience with testing tools and frameworks
· A deep curiosity about Market and Tech and understanding our competition will help us excel in this role.

· Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience:
· 8+ years of relevant experience in working as a Product Manager and Process Owners to create Product roadmap, define MVP, define key-value metrics to measure success
· Experience creating and using User Journey mapping, stakeholder mapping, Storyboarding techniques
· Good to have ServiceNow platform experience
Skills:
· Strong Influencer; strong relationship management and prioritization skills.
· Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication skills - verbal, written, listening and presentation.
· Ability to work well in a large blended team as well as individually.
