Requirements

Job Description 

We are looking for a Staff Software Engineer based in the Bangalore with at least 8 years of experience.  

 What you’ll do (Duties and Responsibilities):  

 

  • Contribute to a friendly and helpful company culture 
  • Design, implement, test, and maintain one or more of: 
  • The backend of our cloud security platform, written in Rust 
  • Our Runtime Encryption® software for SGX, written in Rust 
  • Help deploy, monitor, and optimize the performance of our software 
  • Lead and participate in peer code review, which we believe results in a higher-quality product 
  • Follow security best practices (don’t worry, we’ll tell you what they are) 

 

Requirements: 

  • At least 8 years of overall experience. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in Rust. 
  • Technical lead experience for large scale projects in a microservices architecture. 
  • Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS/GCP/Azure. 
  • At least 4 years of experience with container technologies like docker. 
  • Hands on experience with Kubernetes. 
  • Strong background in backend development including APIs and databases. 
  • A bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent training or work experience 
  • Proven experience with Linux system programming. 
  • Good understanding of Linux builds and deployment 
  • Security experience is a plus, but is not required 
  • Exhibits uncompromising integrity 
  • Pays attention to detail 
  • Thinks critically about complex technical problems 
  • Can work independently, while also being an effective technical lead of a team 
  • Experience in Confidential Computing is a plus
