About the role:
Forter is looking for a Staff Full-Stack Engineer to join our Customer Experience (CX) group and help build a new team tasked with creating significant parts of Forter’s vision for 2025 and beyond. This is a unique opportunity to shape the technical direction and culture of a newly formed team that will drive impactful customer-facing solutions.
As a foundational member of this team, you’ll not only lead the design and development of critical features but also establish best practices and foster a high-performing engineering mentality. You’ll have a direct hand in building scalable, innovative solutions while mentoring and collaborating with engineers across Forter to ensure technical excellence.
The CX group specializes in creating tools that empower customers to derive actionable insights, make data-driven decisions, and effectively manage platform traffic.
The CX group is at the forefront of Forter’s customer-facing initiatives, shaping the experiences that complement our fraud detection services. Our group works at the intersection of engineering, analytics, and business, building solutions integral to Forter's future.
