Staff Software Engineer, AQA

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand project features and create robust, scalable, and effective test strategies
  • Identify, document, and track bugs and inefficiencies in software products
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving software quality
  • Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices in the testing process
  • Analyze test results, report to the development teams, and recommend improvements
  • Stay updated with the latest testing tools and strategies
  • Create and maintain testing frameworks for various applications
  • Incorporate AI capabilities to expedite testing and review processes
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript (TypeScript) or PHP
  • Experience with automation testing tools like Selenium, Appium, or similar
  • Experience with API, unit, functional, and integration test implementation
  • Knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
  • Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases
  • Familiarity with Agile development process
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of TDD (Test-Driven Development), ATDD (Acceptance Test-Driven Development), and BDD (Behavior-Driven Development)
  • Knowledge and experience in applying SOLID principles in practice
